European Masters 2013 - Home
The organizing committee of the RG65 European Masters 2013 has decided to extend the date for entries until Sunday 17th of November 2013. With this movement the organizing committee gives more time to more skippers to apply for the championship!!! Our target is to attract more RG65 skippers from all over the globe to register for the Europeans and have an interesting and enjoyable regatta.
The Nautical Athletic Club of Lavreotiki (www.naol.gr) will proudly organize the2013 European RG-65 Championship(officially called: "2013 RG-65 European Masters") under the supervision of the Hellenic RG-65 Association.

The Nautical Athletic Club of Lavreotikifounded in 1986, is a small sailing club which is located in the coastal city of Lavrion, near Athens and very close to cape Sounion. During its foundation it has 500 members and over 200 athletes sailing with Olympic classes and offshore sail yachts. The facilities of the club are laid down next to the Lavrio Marina into a historic and very beautiful fully renovated building. Recently the sailing club attracted the interest of R/C sailors with the organization of one-day regattas, a gesture which the Greek R/C Sailors Community supported from the first event and of course appreciated very much

The 2013 RG-65 European Masters race comitee, as an add to the convenience of the RG65 local NCAs and the RG65 owners/skippers around the world, who intend to participate to the championship, has changed the paragraph 6.1 of Notice of Race.

If there is a valid RG65 Class Certificate for each boat must be submitted before the final entry date. A copy should be send by e-mail to This email address is being protected from spambots. All boats, with or without a Certificate, shall be presented for inspection on November 20th. The Race Committee may extend the time for inspection if there is a valid reason to do so. No boat shall be eligible to race until it has passed equipment inspection. |
